Archives of Community Medicine and Public Health (ACMPH) welcomes high-quality research manuscripts in the field of community medicine and public health. To ensure a smooth submission process, authors must adhere to the following Submission Guidelines and Manuscript Preparation requirements.
Manuscript Submission Guidelines
Authors must submit their manuscripts via the journal’s online submission system. The submission must include:
- Cover Letter: A brief statement of the study’s significance, confirming the manuscript is not under review elsewhere.
- Manuscript File: Submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format.
- Figures and Tables: Submitted as separate high-resolution image files (JPG, PNG, or TIFF).
- Supplementary Material: If applicable, additional datasets or appendices should be provided.
- Ethical Approval Statement: Required for studies involving human or animal subjects.

Manuscript Preparation
All manuscripts must be structured as follows:
1. Title Page
- Title: A concise and informative title (max 20 words).
- Author Information: Full names, institutional affiliations, and corresponding author contact details.
- Running Title: A short version of the title (max 50 characters).
2. Abstract
A structured abstract (250 words max) covering:
- Background: Study objective and significance.
- Methods: Key methodology and data sources.
- Results: Major findings of the study.
- Conclusion: Study implications.
3. Keywords
Provide 3-6 relevant keywords to enhance article discoverability.
4. Introduction
Clearly state the research background, significance, and study objectives.
5. Materials and Methods
Describe the study design, methodology, sample size, ethical approval, and statistical analyses used.
6. Results
Present key findings with appropriate tables, graphs, and statistical analysis.
7. Discussion
Interpret the results, compare with existing research, and discuss the study’s implications and limitations.
8. Conclusion
Summarize key findings and their potential impact.
9. References
Follow the NLM citation style. Include DOIs or URLs where applicable.
Figures and Tables
- Figures: High-resolution images in JPG, PNG, or TIFF format.
- Tables: Editable tables included in the main manuscript file.
- Legends: Clear and concise figure and table legends.
Ethical Considerations
- Human and Animal Research: Must comply with the Helsinki Declaration.
- Informed Consent: Required for human participants.
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure: Authors must disclose any financial or personal conflicts.
Article Processing Charges (APC)
ACMPH operates under an open-access model. The APC is 1849 USD per accepted article.
